Aqui está uma receita para uma pequena pastelaria marroquina que trouxe na minha bagagem após a minha viagem culinária a Marraquexe (que pode ler AQUI)! Estas ghribas de nozes são muito fáceis de fazer em casa, sem farinha nem manteiga, e são um maravilhoso acompanhamento de chá de menta. Uma rápida explosão no misturador, uma volta na tigela e é desligada para o forno. Deliciosamente estaladiço por cima e macio por dentro, verá que este bolo não ficará na sua caixa por muito tempo!
Receita para ghribas de nozes (para 16 a 18 peças):
-125g de açúcar -180g de nozes -90g de pó de amêndoa -1/2 colher de chá nível canela
-1 pitada de fermento em pó -1 ovo de 50g
-gelado de açúcar -16 a 18 grãos de nozes
Colocar o açúcar, os frutos secos (todos 180g), a canela e o fermento em pó na tigela de uma batedeira.
Misturar rapidamente para obter um pó grosseiro.
Adicionar o pó de amêndoa e misturar.
Adicione o seu ovo e misture a massa até ficar lisa.
Fazer bolas de 25g e enrolá-las em açúcar de confeiteiro.
Colocar uma amêndoa de noz em cada bolinho, pressionando suavemente até que a massa rache ligeiramente.
Fazer o mesmo para todos os bolinhos de batata.
Cozer num forno pré-aquecido a 180°C durante 15 minutos, mantendo-o debaixo de olho. Os ghribas devem permanecer suaves no centro!
Guarde-os numa caixa hermética (uma semana, no máximo). Para ser apreciado com um chá de menta quente!
