Muchos de vosotros me escribís o me decís que ponga más recetas rápidas y fáciles, porque no siempre tenéis tiempo para pasar horas en la cocina. Con esta receta (al igual que los piquillos, ¡es más una idea que una receta real!), que es muy rápida de preparar, usted obtendrá camarones deliciosos e idealmente picantes. Un pequeño plato muy sabroso que se prepara en dos minutos… Por supuesto, las gambas pueden sustituirse por muslos o pechugas de pollo sin hueso.
Receta de gambas picantes para 2 personas:
-300g de gambas
-1 cucharada de aceite +2 para cocinar
-1 o 2 cucharaditas de pasta de curry rojo tailandés (para el curry casero, pulseaquí)
-1/2 cucharadita de curry en polvo (amarillo)
-3 dientes de ajo
-4 cucharadas de leche de coco o de nata líquida
Pele las gambas y retire la pequeña vena negra de la parte superior.
Añadir el aceite y el ajo machacado.
Añadir el curry en polvo y la pasta de curry rojo.
Mezclar bien a mano para no dañar las gambas.
Poner el aceite en una sartén caliente y saltear las gambas hasta que estén cocidas (2 o 3 minutos).
Añadir la nata para montar o la leche de coco.
Deje que la salsa se espese y sírvala inmediatamente con arroz.
