يكتب لي الكثير منكم أو يطلبون مني وضع وصفات أكثر سهولة وسرعة ، لأنه ليس لديك دائمًا وقت لقضاء ساعات في المطبخ. مع هذه الوصفة (مثل فلفل بيكيلو ، إنها فكرة أكثر من كونها وصفة حقيقية !!) سريع التحضير ، أنت سوف تحصل روبيان لذيذ ، حار جدا. طبق صغير لذيذ جدا يحضر في دقيقتين …! يمكنك بالطبع استبدال الجمبري بأفخاذ دجاج مخلية أو بياض.
وصفة جمبري حار لشخصين:
– 300 جرام روبيان
-1 ملعقة زيت +2 للطبخ
-1 أو 2 ملاعق صغيرة من معجون الكاري الأحمر التايلاندي (للكاري محلي الصنع ، انقرهنا)
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الكاري (أصفر)
– 3 فصوص ثوم
-4 ملاعق كبيرة من حليب جوز الهند أو كامل الدسم
قشر القريدس وإزالة الوريد الأسود الصغير من الأعلى.
يضاف الزيت والثوم المهروس.
أضف مسحوق الكاري ومعجون الكاري الأحمر.
تخلط جيدا باليد حتى لا تتلف الجمبري.
نضع الزيت في مقلاة شديدة السخونة ويقلى القريدس حتى ينضج (دقيقتان أو ثلاث دقائق).
