Perfectas para la merienda de los niños, estas galletas de avena y linaza son muy fáciles de hacer y se conservan muy bien en una caja hermética. En este momento, con la escritura del segundo libro, mi nariz está siempre en los platos salados. Lo disfruto, pero para el blog es una recreación para crear recetas dulces. Tengan paciencia, ¡las recetas saladas volverán!
Ingredientes:
-115g de harina -145g de avena -135g de azúcar 105g de mantequilla medio salada -30g de linaza -1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla líquido -1/4 de cucharadita de levadura en polvo -60g de leche
Muele la avena en la batidora y mézclala con el azúcar, la harina y la levadura en polvo.
Añadir las semillas de lino.
Mezclar y añadir la mantequilla fría cortada en trozos y la vainilla líquida.
Mezclar hasta conseguir un polvo parecido a la arena.
Verter la leche y seguir mezclando hasta que se forme una bola de masa.
Envuelve la bola en film transparente y déjala en un lugar fresco durante una hora.
Extienda la masa con un rodillo entre dos hojas de papel de horno para evitar que se pegue a la superficie de trabajo. Trabajar en una superficie de trabajo enharinada añadiría demasiada harina a la masa.
Recorta las formas con un cortador de galletas.
Hornear a 180°C durante 15 a 20 minutos (dependiendo de su horno) hasta que los pasteles estén bien dorados.
