Ingredientes:
-115g de farinha -145g de farinha de aveia -135g de açúcar 105g de manteiga meio-sal -30g de linhaça -1 colher de chá de extracto líquido de baunilha -1/4 colher de chá de fermento em pó -60g de leite
Moer a aveia num liquidificador e misturá-la com o açúcar, farinha e fermento em pó.
Acrescentar as sementes de linho.
Misturar e adicionar a manteiga fria cortada em pedaços e a baunilha líquida.
Misturar com um pó semelhante a areia.
Verter o leite e continuar a misturar até se formar uma bola de massa.
Envolver a bola em película aderente e deixá-la num local fresco durante uma hora.
Estender a massa com um rolo de massa entre duas folhas de papel vegetal para evitar que ela se agarre a uma superfície de trabalho. Trabalhar numa superfície de trabalho enfarinhada acrescentaria demasiada farinha à massa.
Cortar formas com um cortador de biscoitos.
Cozer em forno aquecido a 180°C durante 15 a 20 minutos (dependendo do forno) até ter bolos castanhos dourados agradáveis.
