Acabo de volver de Irlanda, y había visto unos pasteles similares en un mercado. Así que no son galletas propiamente dichas, sino más bien algo entre una galleta y un flapjack. La consistencia es suave y muy parecida a la de un flapjack. No son muy dulces y el sabor de la naranja y el chocolate combinan perfectamente. ¡Medio pastel es suficiente para asentar el estómago para una merienda! Pero no puedo evitarlo, ¡es lo que me gusta!
Receta para unas diez galletas:
185g de azúcar de caña
1 huevo
180 g de grasa (mantequilla o margarina, véase más abajo)
230g de harina de avena
230g de harina T55
la ralladura de una naranja
135 g de chocolate con leche en trozos, astillas o trozos
60 g de chocolate con leche para la decoración
Mezclar el azúcar de caña, el huevo y la grasa. Tomé Fleurier aquí porque quería una sensación muy de solapa con una consistencia muy particular. Tomé esta marca porque es una mezcla de mantequilla y margarina, ¡pero también puedes usar sólo mantequilla!
Necesitas conseguir una crema.
Añadir la harina y la avena.
Mezclar y añadir el chocolate con leche. Tengo aquí el precio del chocolate Cacao Barry.
Añadir la ralladura de naranja.
Mezclar bien.
Hacer bolas de 95 g y aplanarlas con la mano.
Hornear a 160°C durante 17 minutos.
Quedan bastante blancos y no se cocinan demasiado en el centro. ¡Esto es normal!
Derretir el chocolate para la decoración.
Haz un pequeño cono con papel sulfurizado.
Y vierte el chocolate a tu gusto.
Deja que el chocolate se enfríe y luego pon los pasteles en una caja hermética para guardarlos.
