Acabo de regressar da Irlanda, e tinha visto alguns bolos semelhantes num mercado. Portanto, não são bolachas em si, mas sim algures entre uma bolacha e um flapjack. A consistência é suave e muito semelhante a um flapjack. Não são muito doces e o sabor da laranja e do chocolate combinam na perfeição. Meio bolo é suficiente para assentar o estômago para um lanche! Mas não posso evitá-lo, é disso que eu gosto!
Receita para cerca de dez biscoitos:
185g de açúcar de cana
1 ovo
180g de gordura (manteiga ou margarina, ver abaixo)
230g de farinha de aveia
230g de farinha T55
o sabor de uma laranja
135g de pedaços de chocolate de leite, batatas fritas ou pedaços
60g de chocolate de leite para a decoração
Misturar o açúcar de cana, ovo e gordura. Levei aqui o Fleurier porque queria uma sensação muito flapjack com uma consistência muito particular. Tomei esta marca porque é uma mistura de manteiga e margarina, mas também se pode usar apenas manteiga!
Precisa de obter um creme.
Acrescentar a farinha e a aveia.
Misturar e adicionar o chocolate de leite. Tenho aqui o preço do chocolate Cacao Barry.
Acrescentar a casca de laranja.
Misturar bem.
Fazer bolas de 95g e achatá-las à mão.
Cozer a 160°C durante 17 minutos.
Permanecem bastante brancos e não cozidos em demasia no centro. Isto é normal!
Derreter o chocolate para a decoração.
Fazer um pequeno cone de papel impermeável a gordura.
E despeje o chocolate como quiser.
Deixar o chocolate arrefecer e depois colocar os bolos numa caixa hermética para os guardar.
