Hace mucho tiempo que soy fan de las gachas de avena. No el de agua, sino el muy rico con leche y un poco de mantequilla. Lo hacía mucho cuando era más joven y, de repente, me entraron unas ganas enormes de hacerlo. Me traje de viaje unas preciosas frambuesas, más que nada para la foto, pero se puede prescindir de ellas (aquí no es temporada) con sólo una pizca de canela y un poco más de mantequilla. Una receta sencilla para un desayuno energético.
Receta para 2 o 3 o 4 personas…
115g de harina de avena
50g de miel
500 ml de leche semidesnatada
20 g de mantequilla semisalada
canela
selección de frutas
Poner la avena y la miel en un cazo.
Verter la leche y remover a fuego lento.
Añade la mantequilla semi-salada.
Añade una buena pizca de canela.
Llevar a ebullición, removiendo constantemente a fuego lento.
La textura debe ser suave. Al menos así es como me gusta.
Servir inmediatamente. Sé que esto roza lo indecente, pero también añado un pequeño trozo de mantequilla salada que introduzco en las gachas. Se derrite muy rápido, ¡no puedo resistirlo! O quizá seas más sensato que yo y le pongas fruta fresca…
