Há muito tempo que sou fã de papas de aveia. Não a que tem água, mas a muito rica com leite e um pouco de manteiga. Costumava fazê-lo muito quando era mais novo e, de repente, tive uma enorme vontade de o fazer! Trouxe algumas framboesas bonitas numa viagem, principalmente para a fotografia, mas pode passar sem elas (não está na época aqui) com apenas uma pitada de canela e um pouco mais de manteiga. Uma receita simples para um pequeno-almoço enérgico!
Receita para 2 ou 3 ou 4 pessoas…
115g de farinha de aveia
50g mel
500ml de leite semi-desnatado
20g de manteiga semi-salgada
canela
escolha dos frutos
Colocar a aveia e o mel numa caçarola.
Verter o leite e mexer em lume brando.
Acrescentar a manteiga semi-salgada.
Acrescentar uma boa pitada de canela.
Levar à ebulição, mexendo constantemente em lume brando.
A textura deve ser lisa. Pelo menos é assim que eu gosto!
Servir imediatamente. Sei que está a beira da indecência, mas também acrescento um pedacinho de manteiga salgada que empurro para a papa. Derrete muito rapidamente, não consigo resistir! Ou talvez sejas mais sensato do que eu e ponhas nela fruta fresca.
