No juzgues la receta por su apariencia y ve a verla paso a paso, porque desde este punto de vista, ¡parece una gloubiboulga! Este plato es realmente muy bueno y equilibrado. A medio camino entre las gachas y el risotto, su cocción se simplifica porque el líquido se vierte de una vez. Todo está listo en 20 minutos. Las hago a menudo en casa y como ya no como mucha carne, la receta es perfecta, muy fácil de hacer y ¡se puede comer con cuchara!
Receta para 3/4 personas:
50g de trigo sarraceno
130g de quinoa
3 chalotas pequeñas
3 buenas cucharadas de aceite de oliva
525 ml de caldo de verduras
1 cucharadita de curry en polvo
1/2 cucharadita de pimentón
1/4 de cucharadita de chile en polvo
sal de hierbas (o sal normal)
200 g de edamame (en tiendas de comestibles asiáticas, o sustituirlo por guisantes)
20 g de semillas de girasol
unas ramitas de cilantro
Cocinaremos juntos la quinoa y el trigo sarraceno. Sólo hay que enjuagarlos en un pequeño colador.
Picar finamente las chalotas.
A fuego lento, vierta el aceite de oliva y las chalotas.
Dejar cocer, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que las chalotas se doren un poco.
A continuación, añadir la quinoa/trigo sarraceno,
Vierta todo el caldo de verduras.
Añadir las especias: curry, pimentón y chile.
Llevar a ebullición. Después de 9 minutos de cocción, vierta el edamame. Puedes sustituirlos por guisantes, por ejemplo.
He salado aquí con sal de hierbas y verduras frescas. ¡Siempre tengo un poco en mi alacena y lo encuentro en tiendas orgánicas!
Todo se hinchará.
Cuando se haya absorbido la mayor parte del caldo, añada el cilantro picado y las semillas de girasol.
Mezclar una última vez y servir inmediatamente.
Seguro que podrás presentarlo de una forma más bonita, ¡pero este plato es muy nutritivo y delicioso!
