Como sabéis, estoy muy contento y orgulloso de tener a KitchenAid como compañero de taller. Hace poco me pidieron que pensara en una nueva receta para su procesador de cocina. Había probado esta papilla salada en el restaurante Bol Porridge de París hace casi un año y la había guardado en un rincón de mi mente. Aquí ofrezco mi versión. El trigo con leche de coco es deliciosamente cremoso y combina perfectamente con el pollo con miel y sésamo y los cacahuetes crujientes.
Para el pollo :
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 filetes de pollo
1 cucharadita de miel
1 cucharadita de semillas de sésamo tostadas
Para las gachas :
1 media cebolla
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
250 g de trigo precocido (tipo ebly)
500 ml de caldo de pollo
1 zanahoria
250 ml de leche de coco
un poco de crema de coco para servir
100 g de cacahuetes tostados sin sal
unas ramitas de cilantro
