Como sabem, estou realmente feliz e orgulhoso por ter a KitchenAid como meu parceiro de oficina. Pediram-me recentemente para pensar numa nova receita para o seu Processador de Cozinha. Eu tinha provado esta papa salgada no restaurante Bol Porridge em Paris há quase um ano e tinha-a guardado num canto da minha mente. Ofereço aqui a minha versão. O trigo com leite de coco é deliciosamente cremoso e combina perfeitamente com o frango com gergelim e amendoins crocantes.
Para a galinha :
2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
2 filetes de frango
1 colher de chá de mel
1 colher de chá de sementes de gergelim tostadas
Para a papa :
1 meia cebola
3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
250g de trigo pré-cozido (tipo ebly)
500ml de caldo de galinha
1 cenoura
250ml de leite de coco
um pouco de creme de coco para servir
100g de amendoins assados sem sal
alguns raminhos de coentros
sal, pimenta do reino moída na altura
Cozinhar o frango em azeite de oliva
no processador de cozinha com o ” stir assist ” e
seleccionar ” guisado “.Cook
durante 10 minutos e depois deitar o mel e o sésamo. Deixar cozinhar por mais 5 minutos.
