¿Qué puede ser más sencillo que eso? ¡Una receta lista en pocos minutos y récord de tiempo de cocción! El fondant está muy bueno, ¡pero tuve que encontrar las proporciones adecuadas! El trabajo está hecho, ¡sólo hay que intentarlo! No confundir con la receta de mi-cuit de chocolate.
Receta de «fondant de chocolate» para 6 personas:
-200g de chocolate negro con un mínimo de 66% de cacao -150g de mantequilla (dulce o semi-salada o mitad y mitad) -150g de azúcar -50g de harina -3 huevos
Precalentar el horno a 150°C. Derretir el chocolate con la mantequilla, al baño María o en el microondas (1min30).
En un bol, mezclar el azúcar con los huevos, sin escaldar. (En la foto pongo 2 huevos, porque reduzco las dosis en proporción para hacer pasteles más pequeños … ¡si no me convertiré en un gigante!)
Añadir la mezcla de chocolate y mantequilla (pero no caliente, apenas tibia). Mezclar bien.
Añadir la harina y mezclar de nuevo.
Unte con mantequilla y enharine un molde de borde desmontable bastante pequeño (22 cm). Porque si el molde es demasiado grande, la masa que se vierta será demasiado fina y, por tanto, se cocinará en exceso. En la foto he utilizado un molde con fondo desmontable. En cualquier caso, hay que tener algo que se pueda quitar, ¡si no el pastel no saldrá nunca!
Hornear a 150°C durante 25 minutos.
Dejar enfriar y desmoldar con cuidado. A continuación, déjelo reposar en el frigorífico durante al menos 3 horas antes de probarlo. Es mucho mejor en frío.
Faire fondre le chocolat avec le beurre, soit au bain-marie, soit au micro-ondes (1min30).
Dans un bol, mélanger le sucre avec les oeufs eniters, sans blanchir le tout. (Sur la photo j’ai mis 2 oeufs, car je diminue les doses en proportion pour faire de plus petits gâteaux… sinon je vais me transformer en géant!)
Ajouter le mélange chocolat/beurre (mais pas chaud, à peine tiède!). Bien mélanger.
Ajouter la farine et mélanger de nouveau.
Beurrer et fariner un moule à bord amovible assez petit (22cm). Car si le moule est trop grand, la pâte versée sera trop fine et donc trop cuite!! Sur la photo j’ai utilisé un moule à fond amovible. Il faut dans tous les cas avoir quelque chose qui s’enlève sinon le gâteau ne se démoulera jamais!
Cuire à 150°C pendant 25 minutes.
Laisser refroidir puis démouler délicatement. Laisser ensuite reposer au réfrigérateur au moins 3 heures avant de déguster!! Il ets bien meilleur bien froid!!
