O que poderia ser mais simples do que isso? Uma receita pronta em apenas alguns minutos e registar o tempo de cozedura! O fondant é tão bom, mas eu tinha de encontrar as proporções certas! O trabalho está feito, tudo o que tem de fazer é tentar! Não confundir com a receita do mi-cuit de chocolate!
Receita de “fondant de chocolate” para 6 pessoas:
-200g de chocolate preto com um mínimo de 66% de cacau -150g de manteiga (doce ou semi-salgada ou meia e meia!) -150g de açúcar -50g de farinha -3 ovos
Pré-aquecer o forno a 150°C. Derreter o chocolate com a manteiga, seja em banho-maria ou no microondas (1min30).
Numa tigela, misturar o açúcar com os ovos, sem branquear. (Na foto coloquei 2 ovos, porque reduzo as doses em proporção para fazer bolos mais pequenos … senão transformo-me num gigante!)
Adicionar a mistura chocolate/manteiga (mas não quente, mal quente!). Misturar bem.
Acrescentar a farinha e misturar novamente.
Manteiga e farinha um molde de aro amovível bastante pequeno (22cm). Porque se o molde for demasiado grande, a massa derramada será demasiado fina e, portanto, demasiado cozida! Na foto utilizei um molde com fundo removível. Em qualquer caso, deve ter algo que possa ser retirado, caso contrário o bolo nunca sairá!
Cozer a 150°C durante 25 minutos.
Deixar arrefecer e depois remover cuidadosamente do molde. Depois deixe-o descansar no frigorífico durante pelo menos 3 horas antes de provar! Está muito melhor frio!
Faire fondre le chocolat avec le beurre, soit au bain-marie, soit au micro-ondes (1min30).
Dans un bol, mélanger le sucre avec les oeufs eniters, sans blanchir le tout. (Sur la photo j’ai mis 2 oeufs, car je diminue les doses en proportion pour faire de plus petits gâteaux… sinon je vais me transformer en géant!)
Ajouter le mélange chocolat/beurre (mais pas chaud, à peine tiède!). Bien mélanger.
Ajouter la farine et mélanger de nouveau.
Beurrer et fariner un moule à bord amovible assez petit (22cm). Car si le moule est trop grand, la pâte versée sera trop fine et donc trop cuite!! Sur la photo j’ai utilisé un moule à fond amovible. Il faut dans tous les cas avoir quelque chose qui s’enlève sinon le gâteau ne se démoulera jamais!
Cuire à 150°C pendant 25 minutes.
Laisser refroidir puis démouler délicatement. Laisser ensuite reposer au réfrigérateur au moins 3 heures avant de déguster!! Il ets bien meilleur bien froid!!
