De momento, me apetece alternar la frescura y las recetas más invernales. Pero esta ensalada no es realmente una receta, más bien una idea para hacer rápidamente en casa para variar los placeres y comer verduras. Volveré a tener tiempo para cocinar platos con salsa, tartas crujientes y postres reconfortantes. ¡Así que aprovechemos esta ensalada con zanahorias, cilantro y ralladura de naranja para darnos un pequeño respiro!
Receta de la ensalada para 4 personas:
-8 zanahorias -1/2 manojo de cilantro fresco -1 naranja (cáscara y zumo) -3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva -sal, pimienta blanca
Lavar y pelar bien las zanahorias.
Puede optar por rallarlas o cortarlas en rodajas muy finas.
Picar finamente el cilantro. Reconocerás mi fiel helicóptero comprado en Casablanca…
Mezclar las zanahorias y el cilantro.
Añadir el aceite de oliva.
Rallar la mitad de la naranja.
Zumo de naranja.
Mezclar bien. Añadir sal y pimienta al gusto.
¡Está listo! Sabrá aún mejor después de dos o tres horas en la nevera…
