Neste momento, apetece-me alternar frescura e mais receitas de Inverno. Mas esta salada não é realmente uma receita, é mais uma ideia a fazer rapidamente em casa para variar os prazeres e comer vegetais. Terei novamente algum tempo para cozinhar pratos com molho, tortas crocantes e sobremesas tranquilizadoras. Portanto, vamos aproveitar esta salada com cenouras, coentros e casca de laranja para fazer uma pequena pausa!
Receita para a salada para 4 pessoas:
-8 cenouras -1/2 cacho de coentros frescos -1 laranja (raspa e sumo) -3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva -sal, pimenta branca
Lavar e descascar bem as cenouras.
Pode optar por ralá-las ou cortá-las em fatias muito finas.
Cortar finamente os coentros. Vão reconhecer o meu fiel helicóptero comprado em Casablanca!
Misturar as cenouras e os coentros.
Acrescentar o azeite de oliva.
Zest metade da laranja.
Sumo de laranja.
Misturar bem. Acrescentar sal e pimenta a gosto.
Está pronto! Terá um sabor ainda melhor após duas ou três horas no frigorífico.
