Primera receta hecha de Valentín. Gracias de nuevo al equipo por estos días . Así que empiezo con las gourmandises, una receta muy sencilla (si no se atempera el chocolate) pero sobre todo increíblemente adictiva. Llevo mucho tiempo pensando en hacer estas rosas de arena de chocolate, pero no soy muy fan de los copos de maíz. ¡Hasta que los probé en el San Valentín! Los manjares son deliciosos con sus nueces, avellanas y chocolate (con leche o negro) templado y crujiente. ¡Pruébalo ahora!
Receta para 6 golosinas:
-150g de copos de maíz -70g de nueces picadas -70g de avellanas picadas -300 g de chocolate con leche o negro (idealmente de cobertura atemperada)
Poner los copos de maíz en un recipiente grande (al mezclarlos, pueden desbordarse en un recipiente pequeño).
Mezclar las nueces y las avellanas.
Píquelos con un cuchillo grande.
Ponerlas en el horno a 180°C durante 8-10 minutos (con supervisión) para que se asen ligeramente.
Añádelas a los copos de maíz.
Derretir el chocolate elegido (negro o con leche). Lo ideal es utilizar la cobertura para obtener un chocolate atemperado (que no se vuelva blanco al enfriarse). ¡Vea el método del chocolate atemperado aquí!
Utiliza el método del caco mycryo que describo aquí.
Añade el microrrelato… Este paso sólo concierne a los que tienen la cubierta. Si no es así, simplemente vierta el chocolate derretido directamente sobre los copos de maíz.
Verter sobre los pétalos de maíz.
Y mezclar bien.
Ya no quieres ver el color de los copos de maíz, todo tiene que estar recubierto de chocolate. Esto significa que hay que mezclar durante bastante tiempo, ya que hay suficiente chocolate para esta cantidad de copos de maíz, pero se necesita tiempo para cubrir los pétalos perfectamente.
Hacer montones. Es más fácil utilizar un círculo de 10 cm. Rellene el círculo y presione ligeramente sin aplastar los pétalos.
Da la vuelta al círculo y tira suavemente hacia arriba.
Continúe de la misma manera con las otras golosinas.
A continuación, deje que las golosinas se cristalicen durante al menos una hora (¡o dos!) antes de romperlas y devorarlas.
Las golosinas se conservan durante mucho tiempo, porque todo se conserva (¡chocolate, frutos secos y copos de maíz!).
