¡El crumble es realmente fácil de hacer! Hay una variedad infinita de ellos. Te daré sólo un ejemplo y podrás imaginar cualquier cosa. Tengo esta receta desde que tenía 14 años y he probado muchas otras desde entonces, ¡pero ésta es realmente mi favorita! Una pasta realmente crujiente y sencilla con un sabor a azúcar moreno muy agradable que contrasta perfectamente con el dulzor de la fruta y la cremosidad del chocolate.
Receta de «crumble» de manzanas, peras y chocolate:
masa para desmenuzar:
-225g de azúcar moreno
-225g de harina
-120 g de mantequilla blanda a temperatura ambiente
-8 manzanas
-8 peras
-20g de mantequilla
-40g de azúcar moreno
-unos trozos de chocolate al 65% de cacao
Poner la harina y el azúcar moreno en un bol grande.
Añade la mantequilla.
Amasar la mezcla hasta que la mantequilla esté perfectamente incorporada. No importa si lleva tiempo. A continuación, se puede hacer una bola con la masa y romperla en los trozos más pequeños que son tan especiales para las migas.
Pelar las manzanas, peras (¡no scoobies!) o cualquier otra fruta elegida para la receta.
Poner los 20 g de mantequilla en una sartén grande y añadir las manzanas y las peras. Espolvorear con azúcar moreno. Dejar a fuego lento hasta que la fruta esté completamente cocida.
El consejo de Bernard: Empiezo tapado (con tapa) y luego sigo sin ella para que el jugo se evapore un poco. ¡De esta manera el crumble no será líquido!
Precalentar el horno a 180°C.
Una vez cocida la fruta, viértela en una cazuela. Espolvorear con trozos de chocolate. Puedes usar la cantidad que quieras, pero es mejor no añadir demasiado ya que el crumble puede ser un poco asqueroso…
Desmenuzar la mezcla de crumble sobre la fruta y verterla sobre la fruta entera. No es necesario que utilices toda la masa, ya que puedes utilizar más.
Hornear a 180°C durante 25-30 minutos , comprobando al final para ajustar la cocción a su propio horno. El crumble debe estar dorado por todas partes y la fruta debe empezar a caramelizarse sin quemarse.
Se puede servir caliente, frío, con helado o con doble crema.
