عجينة مفتتة:
-225 جم سكر بني
-225 جرام طحين
-120 جرام زبدة غير مملحة في درجة حرارة الغرفة
-8 تفاح
-8 كمثرى
– 20 جرام زبدة
-40 جرام سكر بني
– قطع قليلة من شوكولاتة الكاكاو 65٪
ضع الدقيق والسكر البني في وعاء كبير.
أضف الزبدة.
امزج كل شيء حتى تمتزج الزبدة بالكامل. لا يهم إذا كان الأمر يستغرق وقتًا. يمكنك بعد ذلك جمع العجين إلى كرة وتكسير هذه الكرة إلى قطع أصغر ، خاصة حتى تتفتت.
قشر التفاح والكمثرى (وليس سكوبيدوس!) أو أي شيء آخر الفاكهة المختارة للوصفة.
نضع 20 غ من الزبدة في مقلاة كبيرة ونضيف التفاح والكمثرى. يرش السكر البني. اتركيه على نار خفيفة حتى تنضج الفاكهة بالكامل.
نصيحة من برنارد: أبدأ بالتغطية (بغطاء) ثم أستمر بدونها حتى يتبخر العصير قليلاً. بهذه الطريقة لن يكون الفتات سائلاً!
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
بمجرد طهي الثمار ، اسكبها في طبق جراتان. رشي قطع الشوكولاتة. يمكنك وضع ما تريد ، ولكن من الأفضل عدم المبالغة فيه. أضف لأن الانهيار قد يكون مقرفًا بعض الشيء …
فتت الفتات فوق الفاكهة وقم بتغطيتها بالكامل. لسنا ملزمين على الإطلاق بوضع كل العجين قدر الإمكان أضف بالتأكيد المزيد!
اخبز في 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 25-30 الدقائق تشاهد في النهاية لضبط الطهي على فرنك الخاص! يجب أن يكون لون الفتات بنيًا ذهبيًا على سطحه بالكامل وستبدأ الثمرة في التكرمل دون احتراق !!
