¡Atención, muy muy bueno y muy muy fácil de hacer! En menos de 10 minutos, todo está hecho y casi listo para comer. ¿Por qué casi? Yo prefiero ponerlos en un lugar fresco para que se reafirmen un poco. Estas bolas de avena con chocolate proceden de Suecia y no necesitan ser horneadas. Así que sí, es rico, y sólo un pequeño dumpling servirá de tentempié, ¡pero al menos te llenará de energía rápidamente! Es totalmente decadente, delicioso, adictivo y regresivo. ¡Qué rico!
Para 15 albóndigas :
190g de harina de avena
110 g de mantequilla blanda
100g de azúcar
25g de cacao en polvo sin azúcar
2g de café soluble en polvo fino
15g de agua
3g de vainilla líquida
coco rallado seco
Colocar la mantequilla, el azúcar, el cacao y el café en un recipiente.
Vierta la harina de avena.
Mezclar bien para obtener una pasta homogénea. Verter la vainilla líquida y el agua. Vuelve a mezclar.
Hacer bolas de 30 a 40g (yo hice 40 para todos) y ponerlas en el coco.
Vuelve a conducir.
Hacer lo mismo con toda la masa. Es todo ! Guárdelos en una caja hermética en un lugar fresco. Cuando quiera comerlos, sáquelos de la nevera al menos 15 minutos antes.
