Atenção, muito bom e muito fácil de fazer! Em menos de 10 minutos, tudo está feito e quase pronto a comer. Porquê quase? Porque prefiro colocá-los num local fresco para os firmar um pouco. Estas bolinhas de aveia de chocolate vêm da Suécia e não requerem cozedura. Então sim, é rico, e apenas um pequeno bolinho de massa serve para um lanche, mas pelo menos vai conseguir recuperar a sua energia rapidamente! É totalmente decadente, delicioso, viciante e regressivo. Que bom!
Para 15 bolinhos de massa :
190g de farinha de aveia
110g de manteiga mole
100g de açúcar
25g de cacau em pó não adoçado
2g de café solúvel em pó fino
15g de água
3g de baunilha líquida
coco ralado seco
Colocar a manteiga, açúcar, cacau e café num recipiente.
Verter a farinha de aveia.
Misturar bem para obter uma pasta homogénea. Verter a baunilha líquida e água. Misture novamente.
Fazer bolas de 30 a 40g (eu fiz 40 para todas elas) e colocá-las no coco.
Conduzir novamente.
Fazer o mesmo para toda a massa. É isso mesmo! Guarde-os numa caixa hermética num local fresco. Quando quiser comê-los, tire-os do frigorífico com pelo menos 15 minutos de antecedência.
