Si vous ne connaissez pas encore la Teurgoule, il est temps d’essayer! C’est tellement facile et rapide à préparer. Bon, il y a quand même près de 5 heures de cuisson mais il faut juste mettre au four et même pas besoin de vraiment surveiller. Et le résultat est délicieux. Je vous avais déjà proposé ma recette de riz au lait que j’adore ICI, cuit à la casserole, bien moelleux, comme les riz au lait que l’on achète, mais ici la teurgoule est plus crémeuse, le riz plus cuit avec une couche délicieuse composée de lait entier et de cannelle. Je vous donne même l’adresse internet où je me suis procuré le fameux plat en terre à teurgoule. En ce qui concerne le fameux plat à Teurgoule, je vous recommande deux sites pour les acheter. Recette de la Teurgoule pour un plat de 3 litres: (on peut ajuster les proportions en fonction du goût sucré de chacun et de la consistance recherchée…)
Préchauffer le four à 150°C.Mettre le riz rond dans le plat à teurgoule.
Mettre le sucre dans une grande casserole (qui supporte les deux litres de lait), ajouter la cannelle en poudre et bien mélanger.
Ajouter le lait tout en mélangeant.
Mettre sur feu doux et porter à ébullition légère.
Verser sur le riz directement dans le plat à teurgoule.
Voilà! Trop difficile n’est-ce pas?
Mettre au four à 150°C pendant 4h30-5h00. Note de Bernard: on pourra cuire la teurgoule plus fort et moins longtemps et l’on aura alors une croûte plus colorée ! À chacun sa teurgoule!
