Une « salade » toute simple, fraiche et délicieuse ! J’adore les brocolis, sous toutes leurs formes. J’ai fait cette version en m’inspirant d’une recette dégustée aux États-Unis chez Whole Foods. Avec une sauce crémeuse à l’ail, légèrement sucrée, des graines de tournesol, de courge, de chia et des raisins secs, elle aura toute sa place sur un buffet, ou pour accompagner un plat par une belle journée !
Préparez vos brocolis. Coupez les queues et lavez-les.
Placez les dans un panier vapeur.
Faites-les cuire 12 minutes (avec un couvercle).
À la fin du temps de cuisson, ouvrez le couvercle, puis laissez refroidir.
Coupez-les en gros morceaux et placez-les dans un grand récipient.
Pour la sauce : versez l »huile, l’œuf, le vinaigre et l’ail dans un récipient haut et étroit (pour le mixeur plongeant). Vous n’utiliserez pas forcément toute la sauce.
Avec le mixeur plongent, commencez à mixer dans le fond et remontez tout doucement pour émulsionner le tout.
Une fois en haut, la sauce est prise. Cela prend en tout quelques secondes.
Dans la sauce, ajoutez sel, poivre, la crème et le sucre. Mixez de nouveau. Versez-en une bonne quantité sur les brocolis.
Ajoutez les graines de tournesol, les canneberges.
Les graines de courge et de chia.
N’oubliez pas les raisins secs !
Mélangez soigneusement. Ajoutez au besoin davantage de sauce.
Mettez un film étirable sur la salade et placez-la au moins 3 heures au réfrigérateur. Servez ensuite bien frais !
