L’autre jour j’ai fait une recette qui nécessitait d’avoir des sablés au cacao. Je vous proposerai très vite cette recette, mais j’en ai profité pour faire ces sablés moi-même. C’est l’occasion de les faire à l’emporte-pièce, de toutes les formes souhaitées ! L’odeur pendant la cuisson est absolument alléchante. Ils sont comme j’aime: bien chocolatés, pas trop sucrés et délicieusement beurrés.
Dans la cuve de votre robot, placez le sucre et le beurre.
Mélangez à la feuille jusqu’à obtenir une sorte de crème puis ajoutez les 20g d’œuf. Continuez le mélange.
Dans un autre récipient, mélangez la farine et le cacao en poudre.
Tamisez l’ensemble dans la cuve.
Poursuivez le mélange jusqu’à ce que la pâte s’agglomère. Je fais cela avec la feuille de mon KichenAid.
Placez la pâte dans un film étirable à plat (pour faciliter l’étalage par la suite) et au frais pendant une heure.
Farinez légèrement la pâte et étalez-la au rouleau sur un papier sulfurisé.
Découpez à l’emporte pièce (profitez de les faire avec des enfants). Placez les sablés sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé. Passez un peu de lait sur la surface au pinceau.
Faites-les cuire à 180°C pendant 15 à 17 minutes. Transvasez-les ensuite sur une grille à pâtisserie.
Conservez-les ensuite dans une boite hermétique. Au maximum 4 jours !
