Bonjour à tous ! Je vous avoue qu’en ce moment c’est un peu la course tous les jours avec mon bébé livre sur le point d’arriver au monde… Entre angoisse et émerveillement, à la fin de la journée, j’ai besoin de chocolat ! Alors oui j’ai déjà pas mal proposé de recettes de « fondants » au chocolat sur le blog, mais ici je mets non pas du beurre, mais du mascarpone et une bonne rasade de praliné en pâte ! Au four, et voilà ma pralinoise qui sort du four. Dégustez-la bien fraiche avec une bonne louchée de crème anglaise… Une recette facile donc ! La semaine prochaine, un plat vietnamien et d’autres choses à venir…
Avant d’ajouter le mascsarpone, assurez vous que le chocolat est assez chaud, car de cette façon le mascarpone va fondre. Si le chocolat est tiède, le mascarpone froid va le faire durcir. Si cela arrive, pas de panique ! Il suffit alors de remettre le tout au four à micro-ondes ou au bain-marie !
Ajoutez la pâte de praliné (ici elle est évidemment « maison »). Pour la recette c’est ICI !
Ajoutez les œufs un par un en mélangeant à chaque fois.
Puis finissez avec le sucre glace et la poudre d’amandes (cachée sous le sucre).
Versez dans le moule garni de papier sulfurisé. Pour cette recette j’ai utilisé mon moule de 16cm. Si vous doublez les proportions, vous pourrez utiliser un moule de 22 ou 23cm.
Faites cuire à 150°C pendant 20 minutes en surveillant. La pralinoise ne doit pas être trop cuite ! Elle doit trembler au centre comme un flan.
Laissez totalement refroidir avant de déguster avec une crème anglaise par exemple ! Un délice…!
