J’ai longuement hésité à publier cette recette car je vous imagine en train d’attendre la recette du nutella, mais ce n’est pas le cas ici. Il s’agit tout simplement d’une pâte de noisettes maison au cacao que vous pourrez tartiner sur du pain ou de la brioche ! Il faudra faire un praliné aux noisettes. Vous serez cependant limités par votre mixeur. Il faut savoir que pour faire des pâtes de praliné très lisses, les industriels ont des rouleaux qui donnent un velouté impossible à obtenir chez soi. Mais vous pouvez très bien faire cette pâte de noisettes au cacao chez vous: il y aura juste un petit craquant en plus !
Faites tout d’abord un praliné exclusivement à base de noisettes, avec 225g de noisettes et 225g de sucre (avec les pertes dans le robot et ce que vous allez manger, il en restera 425g !). Pour la recette c’est par ICI !Mixez le praliné noisettes très longtemps pour qu’il devienne le plus souple possible. Ajoutez le cacao en poudre (sur la photo c’est dans un bol, mais faites tout cela dans un mixeur).
Mélangez rapidement puis mettez la poudre de lait entier, la vanille liquide et le sel.
Mixez jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien incorporée puis ajoutez le miel.
Continuez en versant l’huile: Prenez une huile neutre comme de l’huile de colza. Cela va donner un brillant et une fluidité qui aura été compromise par le cacao en poudre. Vous avez déjà fini !!Conservez dans un pot à confiture puis tartinez généreusement sur du pain ou de la brioche maison…
