Avant de passer à autre chose, je vous propose une autre recette de muffins, ceux aux framboises fraîches et chocolat blanc. Toujours aussi simple, rapide et délicieuse, cette recette s’adresse à tous les amoureux de ces petits gâteaux! Comme quoi, les choses bonnes ne sont pas forcément les plus compliquées!
Commencer par mélanger tous les ingrédients sauf la levure, les framboises et le chocolat blanc.
Bien mélanger pour obtenir une pâte homogène.
Couper le chocolat blanc en morceaux. Je coupe les carrés d’une tablette (nestlé) juste en deux… Ajouter la levure et bien mélanger pour répartir celle-ci dans la pâte.
Ajouter le chocolat blanc. Toujours mélanger ensuite.
Ajouter les framboises et mélanger avec soin.
Conseil de Bernard: Je mets dans cette pâte, des framboises fraîches et non congelées car même en mélngeant avec soin, elles vont se méler à la pâte et apporter un moelleux aux muffins. Si l’on utilise des framboises congelées, je recommande de les laisser dégeler avant de les ajouter à la pâte… Mélanger en faisant attention de ne pas écraser toutes les framboises, jste un peu pour rosir la pâte!
Garnir de papier des moules à muffins. Verser la pâte à moins d’1mm du bord du papier.
Faire cuire 20 min (ou plus) à 200°C jusqu’à ce que les muffins soient bien gonflés et dorés.
Démouler et laisser complétement refroidir avant de déguster!
