Je continue avec les muffins, pour cette fois vous donner la recette de ceux aux myrtilles, un autre grand classique! Avec sa forme de champignon (une maison de schtroumpf même!), sa croûte croustillante grâce à l’ajout d’un crumble (facultatif!) et ses myrtilles, il ne résistera pas longtemps devant les gourmands!
Préchauffer le four à 200°C.Commencer par préparer la pâte à crumble en mettant simplement les ingrédients dans un petit bol.
Et mélanger jusqu’à la complète incorporation du beurre…
Mettre tous les autres ingrédients dans un autre bol, sauf la levure et les myrtilles…
Bien mélanger et ajouter la levure chimique. Mélanger de nouveau pour incorporer parfaitement la levure.
Puis les myrtilles. Mélanger à ce moment soigneusement pour ne pas abimer les myrtilles…
Mettre les caissettes en papier dans les moules à muffins puis remplir de pâte jusqu’à moins d’un millimètre du bord du papier.
Parsemer de pâte à crumble, sans pour autant trop en mettre pour ne pas empêcher les muffins de bien gonfler!
Enfourner et laisser cuire au moins 15-20 minutes, en surveillant la fin de cuisson pour ne pas les laisser brûler. Ils doivent être bien dorés et surtout très gonflés!
Sortir la plaque du four et démouler délicatement en s’aidant éventuellment d’un couteau pour la tête du muffin.
Laisser refroidir complétement et déguster avec un café latte!!
