Voilà une recette simple et rapide à préparer. Mais plus rapide encore à manger tellement cette recette est délicieuse!! A ne pas confondre avec la recette tout autant délicieuse du fondant au chocolat!
Mélanger les jaunes, les oeufs et le sucre glace sans blanchir le tout. On veut juste les mélanger sinon la texture des gâteaux sera trop légère et ces gâteaux sont bons car ils n’ont rien de léger!
Faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre a micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.
Ajouter le chocolat/beurre fondu au mélanger sucre/oeufs. Mélanger sans insister. (Ne pas tenir compte du batteur sur la photo! Ne pas faire la même erreur que moi!)
Ajouter ensuite la farine au mélange.
Bien mélanger.
Graisser 4 petits ramequins en alluminium avec la bombe de graisse démoulante dont je parle dans ma recette des canelés.
Verser la pâte.
Laisser reposer au frais le temps de préchauffer le four à 200°C.
Cuire les gâteaux jusqu’à ce qu’une croûte se soit formée sur le dessus si l’on aime les gâteaux très coulants (envrion 8 minutes), soit un peu plus pour rafermir l’intérieur du gâteau. Tout l’întéret de ces gâteaux, réside dans cet intérieur très coulant. Sortir les gâteaux du four et laisser reposer 1 minute avant de les renverser chacun sur une assiette.
Démouler et servir aussitôt! La cuiller va casser la légère croûte et l’intérieur va commencer à couler!
