Merci à Brigitte Riou, une amie de ma maman, qui tient sa recette de sa grand-mère. Une recette parfaite de langue de chats. Un biscuit fin, léger et tellement croustillant au bon goût de beurre! Tout le monde connait ce fin gâteau et j’ai eu la surprise de découvrir la meilleure recette de langues de chats grâce à Brigitte. Alors un grand merci!
Monter les blancs en neige ferme puis les ajouter au mélange précédent en soulevant bien pour ne pas faire retomber les blancs.
La pâte est prête!
Je préfère utiliser une poche à douille pour être sûr d’avoir des langues de chat plus régulière. Avec une douille n°9, tracer des traits de pâte de 6 cm de long. Bien espacer car les langues s’étalent!
Cuire à 180°C pendant 10-13 minutes. Il faut surveiller pour que les langues soient bien dorées.
Laisser refroidir sur une grille et mettre en boite hermétique!
