Je vous propose cette que je fais régulièrement à la maison. Je suis un fan de patate douce. Avec juste une peu d’huile d’olive et passées au four, elles révèlent leurs arômes délicieux. Mais avec en plus des épices (un peu de sucre, de paprika, de piment d’ail etc), elles sont alors totalement irrésistibles ! Je vous donne mon mélange que vous pourrez bien sûr adapter à votre goût. Ces frites (bon elles ne sont pas frites…) sont un accompagnement parfait: sain et nourrissant !
Pour cette recette, j’utilise de l’ail en poudre et non de l’ail semoule !
Versez les épices dans un petit bol. Mettez le sel et le poivre à votre goût.
Mélangez bien. C’est le mélange que j’adore !!
Épluchez les patates douces, puis coupez-les en tranches puis en frites assez larges.
Placez-les dans un récipient assez grand.
Versez l’huile d’olive.
Mélangez bien pour bien enrober.
Saupoudrez avec le mélange d’épices. Vous pouvez n’en mettre qu’une partie ou la totalité !
Mélangez de nouveau.
Placez-les sur une plaque à pâtisserie garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Faites cuire 30 à 35 minutes à 190°C. J’adore quand le sucre caramélise bien (sur la photo on dirait que c’est brûlé mais c’est le contraste, en vrai c’est un caramel délicieux).
