Lors d’un de mes cours de cuisine à domicile, Valérie, une des élèves, m’a très gentiment invité à déjeuner avec elles avant de préparer ensemble des macarons. À la fin du repas, elle nous apporta des crèmes au chocolat. Au moment où j’ai plongé la cuiller dans le pot, j’ai tout de suite compris qu’il allait me falloir cette recette. En effet, la crème est ferme juste comme il faut et fondante en bouche, avec un goût riche et rassurant de chocolat cuit. Cette recette est absolument divine et tout est dans les proportions, de plus, il va vous falloir moins de 5 minutes pour la préparer (il faut ensuite la laisser refroidir!). Je remercie encore Valérie de partager avec nous cette fabuleuse crème au chocolat, riche et onctueuse.
