On peut tout à fait préparer des boules de pâte à l’avance et les congeler crues. De cette façon il ne reste plus qu’à les cuire directement surgelées, la durée de cuisson étant ainsi légérement plus longue.
Mélanger dans un bol le beurre avec les deux sucres. Ajouter les oeufs, puis la vanille liquide.
Dans un autre récipient, mélanger la farine, l’avoine en poudre, le sel, la levure et le bicarbonate. Bien mélanger.
Ajouter ce mélange sec au premier appareil, petit à petit. Il va falloir de l’huile de coude pour bien mélanger quand toute la farine/avoine sera incorporée!
Ajouter ensuite les pépites de chocolat et finir avec les noix en morceaux.
Faire des boulettes avec cette pâte, de la grosseur d’une noix (on peut faire un peu plus gros!) puis les poser sur une plaque à pâtisserie garnie de papier sulfurisé. (Laisser de l’espace entre les boulettes car celles-ci vont s’aplatir à la cuisson!).
Enfourner pour 7 minutes, vérifier la cuisson, (en fonction du four, les cookies doivent être bien dorés) puis sortir du four et laisser reposer 5 minutes avant de les décoller et de les mettre sur une grille.
