À force de voir ces publicités dans le métro avec les cookies en gros plan de Bonne Maman, j’ai eu une terrible envie d’en faire chez moi. D’ailleurs je suis persuadé que la photo que l’on voit partout en ce moment ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité de ce qu’il y a dans le paquet, alors qu’en les faisant soi-même, on est sûr du résultat ! Une recette toute bête, très rapide à faire, parfaite en cas de crise urgente d’envie de cookies délicieux…
Mélangez les sucres, le beurre demi-sel, le sel et la vanille liquide jusqu’à obtenir une sorte de crème.
Ajoutez les 25g d’œuf.
Quand le tout est bien incorporé, versez la farine et la levure.
Continuez de mélanger. Dès que le tout s’homogénéise, ajoutez le chocolat et les noisettes. Vous pouvez les couper en morceaux ou les laisser entières. J’ai fait les deux, cela ne change rien. J’ai mis les chunks de chez G.Detou.
Mélangez, c’est bon !
Enroulez la pâte en un boudin de 6cm de diamètre dans un film plastique.
Laissez reposer au frais une heure ou deux. Coupez ensuite des tranches de 1cm d’épaisseur. Note de Bernard: Vous pouvez zapper la mise au frais et faire des boules de pâte directement après l’avoir préparée. Vous aurez simplement des cookies moins ronds, mais tout aussi bons !
Faites-les cuire sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé entre 15 et 20 minutes à 180°C. Laissez-les ensuite refroidir sur une grille avant de les dévorer.
