Je vous ai déjà proposé plusieurs recettes de cookies sur mon blog. Les classiques aux flocons d’avoine ICI, ceux au beurre de cacahuètes LÀ, les clones de Laura Todd PAR LÀ et les cookies ultra moelleux PAR ICI. Mais il manquait à l’appel les cookies tout chocolat! Je vous propose donc ma recette avec des « chunks » de chocolat au lait et noir et du chocolat en poudre et fondu dans la pâte ! Je vous avertis tout de suite, il est dangereux de les cuisiner car vous allez forcément avoir envie de croquer dedans à la sortie du four ! Je ne m’arrêterai pas là avec mes recettes de cookies, car j’en ai découverts de nouveaux et j’ai bien l’intention de les passer à ma méthode de clonage ! Pour cette recette, libre à vous de mettre du beurre ou alors du Crisco comme c’est souvent le cas aux USA. Pourquoi en ai-je mis dans ma recette? Tout simplement car il m’en restait une boîte à la maison ! Vous savez bien depuis le temps que j’adore le beurre ! Mais parfois, j’aime expérimenter et c’est avec le clonage des cookies Laura Todd que j’ai vraiment redécouvert l’usage du Crisco pour les cookies. Mais encore une fois, il n’y a là aucune obligation et on peut tout à fait mettre du beurre et cela n’en sera que meilleur, car ici je ne clone aucune recette particulière.
