Voici un gâteau que j’adore! Un cake bien moelleux et qui est donc sucré! Pour ceux qui avaient des doutes, oui c`est un dessert!! Et pourquoi de la courgettes? Et bien pourquoi pas? On mange bien des gâteaux aux carottes. Celui-ci vient aussi des USA et depuis longtemps je voulais le faire pour mon blog. Alors voila cette délicieuse recette. En plus, c’est un bon moyen de faire manger des légumes aux enfants!
Mettre la farine, la canelle, le sel, le bicarbonate de soude et la levure chimique dans un récipient.
Bien mélanger.
Dans un autre bol, placer les oeufs, la vanille, le sucre et l`huile.
Mélanger pour obtenir un appareil homogène.
Laver les courgettes et enlever les deux bouts.
Râper les courgettes avec une râpe à fromage.
Presser entre les mains les courgettes râpées pour en elever le jus. Il faut peser les courgettes pressées!
Mettre l`appareil liquide dans le mélange sec.
Bien mélanger avec un fouet.
Ajouter les courgettes pressées.
Mélanger et ajouter les noix hachées.
Verser dans un moule chemisé de papier sulfurisé. Il faut que la pâte arrive aux trois quarts du moule, Si il reste de la pâte on pourra faire des muffins!
Cuire à 180 degrés pendant 30 a 40 minutes. Il suffit de planter un couteau et de constater que la lame ressorte sèche.
