C’est la deuxième recette de brownies, après la recette de brownies au beurre noir et cacao (recette ICI) sur mon blog de cuisine. Je suis un peu sadique de vous faire ça, mais après tout c’est votre faute !! J’ai mis une recette de taboulé frais et assez léger et vous m’avez réclamé une recette « atomique calories »… Alors voilà ! Des brownies oui, mais avec des « chunks » de chocolat, de la banane et surtout une couche généreuse de beurre de cacahuètes… Je trouve l’association banane et beurre de cacahuètes absolument divine. Alors en plus avec du chocolat, le tout dans un gâteau moelleux… C’est forcément bon ! Alors on dit merci qui?? Merci la neige, car sans elle, je vous proposerais une recette de petite salade light…
Mettre le chocolat et le beurre à fondre au bain-marie ou au micro-ondes.
Dans un autre bol, mélanger les deux gros œufs, le sucre et la vanille.
Ne pas trop mélanger pour avoir une pâte molle et non aérée. Verser le chocolat fondu, mais pas chaud pour ne pas cuire les œufs.
Ajouter la farine.
Ajouter le chocolat coupé en morceaux et la moitié de la banane écrasée à la fourchette. Bien mélanger.
Ajouter enfin la deuxième moitié de banane cette fois coupée en petits morceaux.
Verser dans un moule carré de 21X21 garni de papier sulfurisé.
Bien étaler la pâte.
Ajouter le beurre de cacahuètes en petits paquets. J’ai pris ici du beurre de cacahuètes « crunchy ».
Avec un couteau ou une baguette chinoise, répartir grossièrement le beurre de cacahuètes pour que chaque part finale en ait.
S’empêcher de mettre les doigts dans la pâte.
Mettre au four à 170°C pendant 30 minutes. Les côtés doivent commencer légèrement à se colorer et le reste doit paraitre cuit en surface mais pas trop en dessous !
Laisser refroidir complètement puis mettre au frais deux heures avant de démouler et de couper en parts.
Déguster une petite part (c’est dense et bien riche !!) puis une autre, puis une autre…
