Recentemente, foi organizado um evento em torno da carne de porco no meu workshop com o finalista do Top Chef Alexia Duchêne, Julien do French Naked Chef e eu próprio. Todos puderam atrair algumas pessoas através de um jogo nas nossas redes (todos tiveram de fazer um teste Covid ou ser vacinados para cozinhar e comer juntos). Graças a Let’s Talk About Pork por este almoço onde fizemos um filet mignon, cantarelos, cerejas frescas e natas com civèche, a receita de topo da Alexia!
Alexia, Julien e eu tínhamos cada um a nossa própria equipa! Com os mesmos ingredientes e a mesma receita, o resultado foi sempre diferente!
A receita era realmente boa e todos nós adorámos os sabores.
As apresentações são diferentes, mas no final, tudo foi devorado. Não tinha a certeza de como a mistura de cereja e cantarelo se iria tornar, mas era deliciosa.
