في الآونة الأخيرة ، تم تنظيم حدث حول لحم الخنزير في ورشتي مع المتأهل النهائي لبرنامج Top Chef ، Alexia Duchêne ، جوليان من French Naked Chef وأنا. تمكن الجميع من جذب عدد قليل من الأشخاص عبر لعبة على شبكاتنا (كان على الجميع إجراء اختبار Covid أو تطعيمهم للطهي وتناول الطعام معًا). بفضل Let’s Talk About Pork على هذا الغداء حيث صنعنا سمك فيليه وشانريل وكرز طازج وكريم سيفتش ، أفضل وصفة من Alexia!
أنا وأليكسيا وجوليان كان لدينا فريقنا! مع نفس المكونات ونفس الوصفة ، كانت النتيجة مختلفة دائمًا!
كانت الوصفة ناجحة حقًا وأحببنا جميعًا النكهات.
مختلف العروض ولكن في النهاية التهم كل شيء. لم أكن أعرف حقًا ما الذي سيعطيه مزيج الكرز والشانتيريل ، لكنه كان لذيذًا.
