Hoje gostaria de propor uma sobremesa bastante especial. Ofereceram-me uma parceria com Chavroux para elaborar uma receita utilizando este famoso queijo de cabra fresco. Mas o pedido era para manter a forma tão reconhecível. Poderia torná-lo saboroso ou doce. Por isso, arranjei um pequeno cheesecake de figo sobre um biscoito de nozes reconstituído. O resultado é uma sobremesa ultra-fresca e deliciosa com muito pouco açúcar. Os meus amigos foram levados pelo vento, perguntando-se como seria. Eu próprio fiquei surpreendido com o quão bom foi, pois fiquei um pouco cego. A sobremesa também se mantém perfeitamente unida sem gelatina ou ágar-ágar! A combinação do figo e a consistência do queijo de cabra dá uma cremosidade perfeita e sabores inesperados. Com o bónus adicional do pão curto reconstituído com nozes pecã e manteiga semi-salgada, é um verdadeiro deleite! E o melhor de tudo é que é tão fácil de fazer, porque se obtém o molde com o Chavroux!
