Adoro almôndegas, mas estas superam todas as que já comi. Tenho uma amiga, Gaëlle, que cozinha muito bem, que uma vez me fez esta receita que ela tinha desenvolvido e que concordou em partilhá-la connosco aqui. Digo-vos desde já, eles estão totalmente decadentes! Bem condimentados e aromatizados, deixam um núcleo de queijo a pingar.
