Estou a comer cada vez mais patés de vegetais em casa. Por vezes fico sem tempo e compro algumas, o que me dá a oportunidade de testar coisas novas, depois imagino como fazê-las eu próprio, e depois ofereço-lhe a receita. Por isso dou-vos esta receita de bolos de grão de bico com cominho, menta e coentros! Muito saborosos, são também muito fáceis de fazer com produtos que são muito fáceis de encontrar. Além disso, por um preço modesto, pode ter quase vinte belos bolos que pode aquecer na frigideira, ou mesmo na torradeira!

Para cerca de vinte bolos:
285g de grão de bico enlatado
2 ovos grandes
55g de farelo de aveia
55g de flocos de batata (mistura de puré de batata)
55g de farinha de arroz
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
Azeite de 30g
375g de leite
1 colher de chá amontoada de cominho em pó
1 pequeno ramo de menta
1 pequeno grupo de coentros
sal, pimenta
Colocar o grão de bico em lata drenado num recipiente. Não há necessidade de os enxaguar. Quebrar os ovos, adicionar o farelo de aveia, farinha de arroz, fermento em pó e flocos de batata. Na verdade, uso puré de batata em pó para isto. Quando quero um puré, é claro que faço um puré caseiro, mas compro este pó para este tipo de receita.
Adicionar o óleo, o leite e o cominho. Acrescentar sal e pimenta.
Misturar num fino puré. Utilizo uma varinha mágica para isto, mas também se pode fazê-lo com uma varinha mágica normal.
Cortar finamente as folhas do ramo de hortelã e coentros.
Verter para a massa.
Misturar bem.
Para cozer as minhas pastilhas, uso uma frigideira blini de ferro fundido. Acrescentar um pouco de azeite e depois deitar a massa na massa para fazer as massa. Precisará de uma colher para espalhar a massa.
Quando a parte superior estiver mais firme, virar as patty over.
Cozer de ambos os lados para ficar com boas pastilhas castanhas douradas.
E é tudo! Fazer o mesmo para toda a massa.
Estas pastilhas são deliciosas com uma salada simples ou com vegetais. Podem ser guardados numa caixa hermética ou no congelador.
