ملح فلفل
ضع الحمص المعلب المصفى في وعاء. لا حاجة لشطفها. اكسر البيض بداخلها ، واسكب نخالة الشوفان ، ودقيق الأرز ، ومسحوق الخبز ، ورقائق البطاطس. أنا في الواقع آخذ مسحوق البطاطس المهروسة لهذا الغرض. عندما أريد هريسًا ، بالطبع أقوم بإعداد هريس محلي الصنع ، لكنني أشتري هذا المسحوق لهذا النوع من الوصفات.
