Depois dos“tuiles de coco” e do“bolo de coco de ananás“, proponho-vos logicamente o “pão de coco curto”! Já conhecem a minha paixão por bolachas de pão curto. Não posso deixar de experimentar. Estes pequenos biscoitos não têm pretensões, excepto tratá-lo com um gelado, por exemplo! Pode também imaginar mergulhá-los em chocolate temperado para os embrulhar e torná-los ainda mais calóricos! O resultado é o mais crocante que se poderia desejar em 5 minutos de trabalho! Comece a cozinhar!
Receita para pão de coco curto:
-200g de farinha -70g de coco ralado seco -125g de manteiga (ou 85g de crisco e 40g de manteiga) -100g de açúcar -25g de ovo -a poucas gotas de baunilha líquida
Colocar o açúcar, a farinha e o coco numa tigela.
Acrescentar a manteiga mole.
Aqui ponho crisco+butter. Uma experiência simples, mas que se revela interessante: a manteiga é menos perceptível, deixando mais espaço para o coco.
Adicionar os 25g de ovo e a baunilha líquida.
Basta misturar suficientemente para homogeneizar a massa.
Cozinhe com o método escolhido! Pode estender a massa e cortá-la com um cortador de biscoitos, ou (como eu fiz aqui!) colocar a massa numa pastelaria e cortar fatias.
