Estou a lançar o meu novo curso de cozinha tailandesa, número 2! Terá lugar no sábado 4 de Janeiro de 2020 às 14h. Se estiver cheio rapidamente, talvez o faça também no dia 5. Desta vez, veremos o famoso arroz thai e manga pegajosa. Mas também almofada ver ew, um prato com grande massa de arroz e frango. E finalmente kao tang nah tang, bolos de arroz crocantes com molho satay de frango e pasta de caril vermelho! Desta vez vamos ver o macarrão. Cada aluno fará os seus próprios dois pratos (pad thai e pad ver ew) e juntos veremos três receitas na aula magistral: molho si-io dam wan, mas também kao tang nah tang e arroz pegajoso de manga.
Veremos em grupo (a ser provado no local) :
Kao Tang Nah Tang: incríveis bolos de arroz frito cobertos com molho de satay de galinha e amendoins.
Arroz pegajoso de manga: a sobremesa obrigatória com arroz pegajoso de leite de coco, folha de pandano, açúcar de palma e manga fresca.
A barragem de Si-io wan: o molho tailandês impossível de encontrar em França. Mas com a minha receita, vamos cloná-la!
Cada estudante fará (e deixará com) os seguintes pratos:
Pad See Ew: massa de arroz grande, frita com frango, legumes e um ovo. Um verdadeiro deleite com um sabor inimitável.
Pad Thai: o famoso prato tailandês por excelência. Massa mais fina frita com camarão, rabanete e um molho doce e azedo feito com tamarindo e um toque de vinagre.
Partirá com os pratos feitos individualmente, que juntos serão suficientes para um jantar a dois!
