Um delicioso financiador com sabor a baunilha e amêndoa em pó, coberto com avelãs assadas. Um clássico revisitado para nosso maior prazer! Estes financiadores são perfeitos como acompanhamento de um sorbet ou de uma salada de fruta em .
Receita para os financiadores de avelãs:
-155g de açúcar de confeiteiro
-100g de pó de amêndoa
-25g de farinha
-105g de clara de ovo
-1 vagem de baunilha
-150g de manteiga mole
-200g de avelãs descascadas
Colocar a amêndoa em pó, a farinha e o açúcar em pó numa tigela.
Misturar bem e peneirar se necessário.
Adicionar os 105g de claras de ovo.
Abra a vagem de baunilha e raspe o interior com o polegar.
Acrescentar a vanilina e misturar bem.
Colocar a manteiga numa pequena caçarola.
Levar à ebulição em calor moderado. A manteiga vai espumar.
Quando a manteiga deixar de espumar e começar a cheirar a nozes, junte-a, esticando-a para dentro da massa.
Misture imediatamente.
Colocar as nozes num papel.
Bater-lhes com o fundo de uma frigideira. Queremos apenas quebrá-las, não moê-las em pó.
Colocar a massa nos moldes financeiros (ou de outra forma!).
