Vou recomeçar a fazer quiches, pois são realmente simples de fazer e os resultados são imediatos e saborosos. Também é frequentemente espectacular, porque se o fizer num anel de mousse (mais alto do que um anel de tarte!) em vez de um prato de tarte, parecerá uma quiche de topo de gama! Esta quiche de salmão fumado e espinafres fará as delícias de todos, quer sejam quentes, quentes ou frios. Ainda terá melhor sabor quando a massa folhada ainda estiver estaladiça quando sair do forno.
Receita para uma quiche de salmão e espinafres:
-1 massa folhada (a receita “casa”, clique AQUI) -500g espinafres -300g de salmão fumado -400g de creme completo -4 ovos -pepper, sal -40g de manteiga com sal -1 colher de sopa de azeite de oliva
Lavar cuidadosamente as folhas de espinafre. Encho a minha pia com água, lavei bem as folhas e depois enxaguei-as.
Retirar o presunto médio das folhas. Espremer bem (numa saladeira giratória).
Colocar o azeite e a manteiga numa panela e cozinhar os espinafres. O espinafre será suficientemente cozido quando já não tiver quase nenhuma água.
Entretanto, prepare a enxaqueca: misture os ovos e as natas (na foto há 5 ovos, mas para 400g de natas, são necessários 4 ovos!)
Acrescentar sal (não demasiado pois o salmão também é salgado!) e pimenta.
Acrescentar o espinafre drenado.
Misturar bem.
Cortar o salmão fumado em pedaços.
Em seguida, adicioná-lo à mistura de espinafres.
Alinha um anel de 20cm de diâmetro e 4,5cm de altura de espuma (para uma quiche espessa) com a massa. Pode mudar o círculo ou faze-lo num molde clássico!
Encher com espinafres e creme de salmão.
Cozer no forno a 190°C durante 40 minutos, mantendo um olho ao fim de 30 minutos. Tem de adaptar a cozedura ao seu próprio forno! A quiche dificilmente deve vacilar no centro.
Cuidadosamente decante e desfrute quente ou frio com uma salada!
