Como já devem saber, sou um maluco por qualquer coisa que racha! Hoje estou a partilhar convosco a minha receita de bolachas de amêndoa e de café. Parecem macarrões falhados ou biscoitos, mas não, são ocos e terrivelmente crocantes com grandes pedaços de amêndoas tostadas. E são tão fáceis de fazer… Em dois minutos a massa está pronta e são perfeitas para a hora do café ou para acompanhar sorvetes ou gelados.
Receita para crocantes de café-hazelnut:
-150g de amêndoas com pele -250g de açúcar de confeiteiro -35g de clara de ovo -1 colher de sopa de extracto líquido de café
Colocar as amêndoas num liquidificador e moê-las bastante grosseiramente.
Colocá-los numa tigela grande e adicionar o açúcar em pó, o extracto líquido de café e a clara de ovo 35g (a clara de um ovo grande!).
Misture bem: está pronto!
Sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal, colocar 6 tatuagens formadas com uma colher de chá.
Colocar num forno pré-aquecido a 180°C e cozer durante 12 a 15 minutos. Devem inchar, rachar e não se mexer! Parecem biscoitos, mas são ocos e muito crocantes!
