Sobrou um pouco de creme de castanha da minha receita de bolo de castanha (receita AQUI) e eu queria dar-lhe uma última tentativa para obter alguns bolinhos muito derretidos e ricos que tivessem um sabor muito fresco. Esta nova receita faz exactamente isso. Não há farinha de trigo, mas apenas um pouco de farinha de castanha, o que a torna uma receita sem glúten. Prometo, esta é a última castanha antes do próximo Inverno!
Receita para bolos de fondant:
250g de creme de castanha
2 ovos
80g de manteiga
40g de farinha de castanha
2g de fermento em pó
3g de sal
20g de açúcar
Misturar os ovos e o creme de castanha como uma omelete.
Acrescentar a manteiga derretida.
Acrescentar o sal, fermento e farinha de castanha.
Um pouco de açúcar e a massa está pronta!
Verter a massa em pequenos moldes. Para este tipo de receita, os moldes de silicone são perfeitos! O principal é não ir além de 3/4 da altura do molde escolhido.
Se a massa parecer grumosa nesta fase, tudo se junta quando a coze…
Cozer a 170°C durante uns bons vinte minutos. Quanto maior for a forma que escolher, mais tempo demorará a cozer. Desta vez preferi assar os meus bolos em latas de mini-bolo.
Saia do molde, deixe arrefecer e depois arrefeça antes de servir. Para ser desfrutado rapidamente.
