Ultra rico, ultra húmido, ultra saboroso, desta vez ofereço-vos o meu bolo de ultra pistachio! Por esta altura já devem saber do meu amor pelos bolos e eu nunca deixo de experimentar. Passei os últimos dois dias a experimentar uma receita saborosa bastante complicada e, quando não funcionou, desisti! Por isso recuei para o que amo mais do que tudo: bolos feitos na mosca (enquanto escrevo tudo o que faço). Há já algum tempo que quero fazer um bolo de pistácios, mas realmente rico em pistácios! É feito com este bolo com uma textura tenra, que faz fronteira com o financeiro. Como eu disse na receita, pode adicionar cerejas amarena à sua vontade!
